The ml in this one (alpha trauma) is the second ML from Omega complex. His relationship with the MC is actually mentioned twice inside Omega complex. The first was at the chapter 38 where Dohyun left the festival early cuz he gotta tutor Woohyeon (its accurate based on the memory of woohyeon). The second time is in the special chapters where They had a get together and they talked about Dohyun dating someone which is Wooyeon

He is a side character in Omega Complex, i dont know if you want to be spoiled what kind of role he plays but he is in the story and moves the plot a fair bit. I only read 3 chap of this so far but omega complex do extend beyond this current timeline, so in a way we’re going back in time a bit i believe:) not much i dont think though because the ML is younger than the 2 main characters in Omega complex..

The Alpha in this story is in love with the MC (omega) in Omega complex but they never get together, he is kinda a rival to the ML but not really. We do get a small glimt of his future that aludes to how things will go in this story

I don't thinking he is dominant. I'm the previous manhwa I think he said he is a recessive alpha. The male top seme guy is a dominant alpha. In this story wooyong is the dominant omega in the other story its vice versa
