It’s definitely an exaggeration but not that far off. Teenage boys grow so fast next thing you know their voices are deep and they’re taller than you. I have 2 younger brothers and it’s scary how my 14 y/o brother sounds like my dad and he looks down to talk to me, who’s 23 lol
I was expecting a time skip or something, not a week long fever that somehow deepens his voice and makes him grow like 5 inches HAHA
