honey, it’s korean. so when someone call their younger brother “donsaeng”, translators tend to translate it to “little bro/lil bro” and when the younger one calls the older “hyung” they translate it to “big bro”. i do agree that it’s kinda unpleasant, i’d rather they leave them as hyung/donsaeng but what can we do ╮(￣▽￣)╭ also, i think in this story it is done like that to avoid confusion as the mc (seonwoo) calls ml (beom) “hyung”. u can see that they don’t translate him calling beom hyung bcs it’s not like beom is actually his older brother.
