He’s cooking up some shit. He discovered being injured makes his brother worry and care for him despite his state. So now he just needs to play up the injury and ask for help because he is injured, and get injured more to take up his time and attention. If he’s really insane he’ll set up his brother to “accidentally” injure him or get injured majorly in some way that makes him need his brother all the time
