Some turn out that way from enviorment, some are born that way. And trust, ive seen both. Grew up with a kid like that and their parents were normal and tried everything.

This is my favorite kind of topic. Some Kids are born like that, and they could be raised like that as well. People who are born with those kind of tendencies usually hide them or they get in trouble with their parents or their environment for the way they act and think and get help. Other people just get it hidden like most serial killers We have, especially in the school sho*ters who normally don’t have access to the pew pew but their parents are the ones that buy them and they usually steal their parents items to you know, kill.
I think the second prince is both. He was born and raised like that, he must've shown signs early on but the parents couldn't care less and view her son as a weapon so his tendencies of being a psychopath grew.
