Most of what I'd immediately think of is on there, but some of Nishida Higashi's works have a similar vibe though they definitely aren't a perfect fit. Maybe Romantic or Life, Love or Tenshi no Uta, though they are really not as delicately written and play on some nasty stereotypes. There's also Fake by Sanami Matoh which fits the setting but not necessarily the vibe. Honestly though good luck with your list, I wish there were more manga with this specific setting.
