And while she may not have eaten meat the priest still made sure she was in good health to use her so I don’t think she was small due to malnutrition

naw man she got to be his kid, the hair the eyes they just look way to similar. Her size could be from malnutrition since they didn't even feed her properly hell, they didn't even giver her meat(fucking greedy ass pigs I swear). But it could also be genetics that she had gotten from her mom since they like doing the size differences in these types.
