Siyeon did go back to the past, it's bit confusing as the author tried to explain her emotions and what happened in the past.
The FL makes the readers very frustrated as you will notice if you read on. Her logically doesn't make sense, I find that she is too "kind" or "considerate" towards others, this makes her "stupid".
Her fiance just switch to the next girl because he didn't really liked her, he only liked whom ever being the grand daughter of the famous poet. The beginning chapters were hard for me to read since I am a very emotional person and I hate seeing "kind" people get hurt.
I don't want to spoil the story for everybody, so I'll just say this is a very good read, I cried with the FL, yup, I am one of those people feels things I read.

I don't get the first chapter. Did she already go back or not? And she keeps switching from present tense to past tense... I can't get if she's gone back or just replaying everything.
And if she has gone back how can she think that the bio daughter of her adoptive parents is just dense if she knew she did all that to her in her past life? FL seems really stupid imo. The story is so weird + how can your fiance just switch to the next girl all because you're adopted...?
