Eve was the first Esper/Angel. So its not like other Esper/Guide story. Where Esper is born from human and manifest. But it is scientificaly produce child from main Esper. Since Eve was an Angel/Esper also the first. He got all the means to produce Esper who will help humanity. Like ya know DNA thingy produce things or science modified. Since Adam said his father created Eve.
