I think it's just more so of the fact these traits happen at random for each generation in each kingdom, bit that they are related to each other by any means
Tbh it's not that weird, like japan most people have the same hair and eye color and similarities in appearance
The FL having same eyecolor and hair as his mother....so..and author even draw them smiliar to each other..... it's just creepy....like you're dating somebody who resembling your mother....
