pls don't compare betrayal of dignity to this masterpiece. it's so much more than that. at least annette stands up for what she believes will make her a better person. chloe, on the other hand, only took two weeks to crumble when damien found her again. annette and heiner's relationship is so much more complex than the MCs in betrayal of dignity and I firmly stand by that
