Anyone know?

Suddenly I remember an old shounen-ai manga, i belive the first chapter is about a highschool boy (japanese) that lived in australia entering a school dormitory. His dad went MIA and he live with his mother and her boyfriend. The other boy is a blonde delinquent that good at math (or overall learning). Over couple is a traditional and sporty couple. I thing its an old story but i forgot the ritle or even the drawing.
