My theory is that they're all players who have been in the loop for so long that their memories have gone haywire. Plus the added bonus of if the cassette tapes stop playing they loose their memory.
So them as a friend group probably got stuck in the game, and in "real world time" I'd guess they've been playing for years. Over time cassette tapes were lost, they went a little crazy from being killed so many times etc...)
okay…. So another real person is in the game… is every character a real person and they just don’t realize it yet? Or maybe they have but depends on the saves that are loaded? It seems like Bada has memories from “playing” for a very long time now, idek how many times he’s started over but it was a lot lol so I wonder just how long it’s actually been if there’s a part of him playing with this other dude that he doesn’t even remember. Idkkkk maybe I just need more information cos I’m confused on the timeline of things at this point lmao
