Heesoo is a beta, and beta males can't get pregnant in this universe... I'm sorry but did you even read the main story? Because Heesoo and Dojun talked a lot about this matter... They even argued because Heesoo wanted a child so bad and he proposed a surrogate but Dojun got mad at first... Then he changed his mind but they agreed on an adoption eventually... You can already see their little girl at the end of chapter 108.
