im pretty sure it was to hint some time loop is happening. everything secretary yang said to ceo kwon eventually happened in "the real world" like yoohyun telling him about the dream of him being kidnapped and yang not remembering who it was (cos we could see from their convo there he didnt care much abt what yoohyun said). the mention about yoohyun knowing ceo kwon's birthday and how yang found it odd he knew. every incident he mentioned was falling into place
