I feel like two things can be true at once. I can see why people would say ASD and your reasoning as well but I feel like the author made the potential other reasonings first why he is the way that he is vague on purpose. it gets people talking about and considering real life diagnoses that could easily fall into the manga's hsp diagnosis. literature is subjective that way, but i don't agree nor disagree with you, I just found your comment thought provoking is all
Some consider HSP to be a part of the autism spectrum. The way autism looks for you isn't the same way it looks for everyone.
I don't understand how y'all see it as him having ASD
He doesn't have any of the communication challenges that are a big part of autism
He prob has hypersensitivity and social anxiety but he doesn't have enough symptoms for it to be actual autism
