the first thing I thought about was that the "friends" put his gym uniform in his locker on purpose, so they could find a reason to bully him, I think that if he really stole something he wouldn't be taking it out in the classroom besides the friends conveniently came back to the classroom when they were supposed to go to the gym... but then again Jaemin IS A FREAK so he might as well just have stolen it and I also think this might not be the first time too and seeing this was the last straw because we even saw Jaemin sniffing him IN CLASS WHILE HE WAS SLEEPING
