Yeah I seriously don't get how we're supposed to root for anyone other than reiner so far because every other ML has shown that they are actually the moral antithesis to Cassmire. They are selfish, sadistic, and don't value human life. They think that their trauma means they can be just as bad as or worse than their abusers. Literal opposite of the FL. If Cass wasn't so optimistic about the good in people none of them would have been saved by her. They worship the ground she walks on but in an 'I want to own you' way instead of an 'I want to be like you on a fundamental, moral level' way. Also, I get that they're all around 18 years old, but the emotional immaturity is off the charts for ALL of them. I'm losing faith in this series every time it updates, unfortunately.

I feel extremely bad for shushu, of course her political views aren't the most well informed in my opinion. But comparing that to ... literally anybody else. It would genuinely be like hell to live through (especially if we include her personal life.To see people you love disagree with the core beliefs you have and have zero morality towards human life while berating you for your beliefs, even though those beliefs quite literally were what led to you meeting w half of them (and them falling in love/having affection for you) would quite literally make me tweak out
AND ON THE DISCUSSION of her life and what shes dealing with I genuinely just wish she had more time to heal without being put on a pedestal to instantly heal and be normal
also its so insane (but understanding) that she probably had the most inhumane life yet led to becoming the most humane out of literally any character shown.
