Byul is not dumb omfg. He was just a sheltered kid, and add to it that he trained to become an idol when he was younger. Most of young idol trainees' schedule only includes home, school, training, and back to home. Y'all are acting as if you already knew how to navigate a relationship when you were 17 years old. Y'all are acting as if you didn't have dumb ideas when you were in your teens. He's naive, but not stupid, for wanting to do better in his studies. So can you blame him for considering a "solution" that's being dangled in front of his face?
And don't start with the "Hyesung is stupid, and Byul inherited it" comments. Hyesung is not stupid.
