She apparently describes him her sisters face instead of hers . So u can imagine what would happen later when he gains his vision
Apparently he figures it out pretty fast tho

No she describe herself or her appearance as her sister so that he think she is beautiful

There’s a time skip and for whatever reasons the FL and the sister are working at the same place. mL (now can see) shows up and sees the sister (and based on FL description of herself) he briefly wonders if that sister is the FL (cause he’s looking for her) but apparently from what I read on the novel spoiler site he doesn’t think the sister is the FL for very long (or at all) cause their personalities are so different. He hears the FL read outloud and realizes it’s her based on her reading voice
I'm dropping this because of a spoiler i've read not picking it up until it finishes
