Like i don't even get what the point is of making a whole chapter about him.
Sure he can feel bad about leaving Woojin, but like mention that later in the story. Now it seems like he'll really have redemption arc or some shit
he doesn't even feel bad though! he's just pissed off that he's no longer controlling Woojin's life, and his little pet that he was abusing is no longer obeying him. He doesn't feel bad about anything he's done. He's just pissed things aren't going his way anymore. Ain't no redeeming a piece of shit like him.
yeah I meant more like he's starting to feel horrible and the cause is leaving woojin. Not because he cares, but because he depended on him to keep his life together and get rid of all of his frustration

I think it just to tell us that he's going abroad and probably come back after the short time skip to repent (too late) and annoy everyone a last time.
