Male Leads in general tend to be more appealing because they're not just supposed to entice main character but also the reader..main characters can oftentimes be the character that the reader will almost always emphasise and put their shoes on because their perspective is what we see the most! So even if they're not pretty or attractive we'll tend to form a connection with them and stay around to see their story!

is it just me or do they always make the ML better looking than the MC its in like all the manhwas i read the ML better looking than the MC. Its rare i find them both good looking. like why do the do that???
