uhm I'm kinda confuse on what is happening can someone explain it to me please😭😭😭...

So what was revealed in the last chapter was that MC's brother, who was taken by his grandpa after their parents died (he could've taken both, but the brother resembled their father, his son, and the mc resembled their mother, who the grandpa believed to have seduced and taken his son away) and he was living as an heir basically.
After the accident, MC was sent to his relatives and the story happens. However, apparently, the brother had been sending a shit ton of money a month to the uncle (who neglected MC) for MC's expenses and needs. The uncle never told MC about it, and always made him believe he was a burden, and that he was too expensive to keep.
Because of this, MC busted his ass studying, because he wanted to get scholarships and shit. I'm not sure about the thing with the scholarship (I would have to reread the entire thing again hahaha) but the reason MC distanced himself from ML in the past was exactly because he needed a scholarship, but also wanted ML to get it, so he deviced a whole thing where he would get just enough points in his exam to make sure ML and him would be together. And for the whole thing to be believable (that he failed to get the top spot when he is actually the top student) he needed people to see that he was not close tto ML.
In this last chapter, MC was furious with his uncle, because he did NOT need to do all that. He did not need to suffer, and specially, he did not need to distance himself from ML. They could've been happy from the beginning.
Now, the brother locks him in his car to talk to him, but the thing is that MC is traumatized by cars. He cannot be inside a car for too long because as a child, he stayed in the car with his dead parents for a while before help came, so he is reminded of that.

This was an amazing explanation to me because for a moment I was thinking I'd have to reread the whole story (not that I would've totally minded lol). So basically MC's brother is now realizing that he didn't know his brother at all and isn't even regarded as family because their uncle had been lying to MC this whole time about MC being unloved and a burden. I'm guessing the brother actually cares for MC then...?

Yes! Older brother cares a lot about MC and was enduring living with the grandpa waiting for him take over the company after the grandpa dies eventually reunite with MC so that they can finally live together happily.
