It’s a manga/anime comedy and I can remember the name. It’s something like saitama San is amazing or something and it’s about this guy with like slicked back hair and glasses in high school and this group of bullies keep trying to mess with him but he always gets out of things flawlessly without seeming to try. Like if they tried to trip him he would execute a perfect flip and just keep going or something. It was hilarious.
