if im not wrong, in the early chapters, it was mentioned that his family got into a car crash, and his parents passed away in that accident. that's when he got separated from his brother and lives with his uncle.
yep dojun and his parents were abt to go somewhere to celebrate his birthday but then, they got into an accident where both of his parents died while dojun was in coma. during this time, the brother was in school when he received the news (I think???)... then the grandfather only took the older brother cuz he looks like his son (their father)

No, the older brother was also with them during the accident that's why there's a scene where the brothers are in the hospital bed and only the older one was taken by the grandfather.
