They ended this historical ep with Yirim pregnant with their second baby. He hasn't birthed them yet and unfortunately for us readers we're left with this cliffhanger. Since that was the supposed last ep of all the side stories idk if the author plans to make a separate manhwa spin off just like with Byul.
