I don't think that Jaekyung is even aware of the harm he's causing (that doesn't make him any less of a jerk though). But Mr. Han is fully aware of his own fuckery and he is in fact engineering it to reach a certain goal

Both of them are bad, there's no denying that. But they can't be compared with eachother, because they're bad for very different reasons.
