They don't kiss often because of the terrible chinese censorship. The chapters of their first kisses of each couple are fine bc they were published before that stupid law.
A fun fact is that the chapter where He Tian and Mo kiss for the second time got deleted on Weibo (The author's chinese social media) even though it was censored af, so the author went on ig and posted the chapter with less censorship.
