Seriously,this such great therapy material after all the things we've seen yaoi genre do..... I'm not saying yaoi is bad...the amount of questionable things I've watched Σ(っ°Д °;)っ.....but this heals me!!
If you won’t say it, I will. Yaoi IS bad, at least 99% of it. It’s just an abusive fetish content. Sorry not sorry. This really is therapeutic and so heartwarming. I hope it continues for a long time. I also need it after all those times I’ve been burnt by this genre
I remember my first yaoi being a toxic one revolving around sa, when I first read it was like exciting but after revisiting I hated it to its core because I was disgusted and couldn't comprehend how this was enjoyable Σ( ￣□￣||)..... nonetheless there were some good ones........"some".
My first was thankfully a Shounen Ai and was healthy. Unfortunately some of my favorite Yaoi’s and (I think my first one?) that I loved so much later on had a random, out of nowhere r*pe in them. I was so disappointed and frustrated. All good memories and sentiment ruined, only disgust and annoyance. Also, when I first started reading I was more immune to it and read some abusive ones, but with time my tolerance became slimmer and slimmer. Now I wish this website had a block button for some of these stories. It’s also so sad that most popular ones are the most abusive ones. But yes, “some” are truly rare gems. However, I don’t start any new ones without doing through research and asking for info and opinions on it beforehand.
