I don't think the author ended it there, it wasn't really a confession either. Just "I want hyung to look at me only" obliviously (Jeongwoo was drunk aswell lol)
Considering as they only officially get together (from when i looked at the raws) like 21 chapters later, maybe this was progress, but this probably wasn't the end of it.
