I can see where ur coming from, but everyone in my family is very big breasted and yet petite at the same time. I'm a triple D and surprisingly have zero back problems except when I'm picking up my garden plants after there shower . It's not that hard when you grow up with them, you don't know any difference. Opposed to getting a breasts job and your body have to suddenly adapt to them.

Ummm....yeah okay I'm just going to leave it at that. Was only trying to say this figure isn't out the normal, because I have seen some female bodies drawn crazy out of proportion like no ribcage. Bending in impossible ways but this could also been seen in some BL as well.
