Yes. The novel itself has the same tittle. This doesn't have associated names. The official manhwa english translation also using the same tittle "A Stone Thrown Into A Lake"

This one based on novel. 484 Chapters, 9 Volumes, ongoing and currently still on hiatus (can not be confirmed).
