I remember people having theories in the beginning of S1, when Matthew was talking about the bunny, made the sculpture and then the bunny died, people thought he had killed it and that he would do the same to Jin when his sculpture was ready. That was the readers theories tho, never any alternative story confirmed by Jaxx
