Wtf, it's literally shown in the manga that Yashiro is only able to have a deeper relationship with those people he doesn't have sex with (for example, of course Doumeki when he was impotent, but also Kageyama, and just Nanahara who is now not only his subirdinate, but also his friend). If Yashiro had slept with Nanahara, it would have wrecked their relationship. Not to mention that after Doumeki slept with Yashiro and then Inami raped him, Yashiro doesn't have sex with other people for pleasure, but as a response to his trauma and to punish himself. Soo I JUST hate the idea of Nanahara sleeping with Yashiro.
