Yep, one great example is pina and heronia they're clinging to the thought that they're loving on a game to the point that they're doing everything just to get what they want and in the end they got what they deserved

I like that this story captures a reason why so many og heroines end up being bitchy white lotuses. They get trapped in a new world away from their old one and they probably had to cling onto the only familiar thing to them to survive, which was the original game/story. However, they get too wrapped up in that obsession that they end up creating their own downfall
All in all, it means that therapy is required even in another world
