How fast did he realize? Cause from what I saw, he was chit chatting with the other guy he chose, until he heard MC yell his name.
It would’ve been a much better look if there was a scene panel where we see the Seme speaking with the guy he chose, and showed the seme backing out of it without MC’s voice interruption.
