He himself dosnt even know if he is gay, he is just going with the flow with it all. I think he dosnt know how to handel it all and dosnt truly want to commit to anything.

Taking the time to explore your sexuality when it's your first same is natural and it is not bad thing. He doesn't if he's gay because right now he's figuring himself out.
You're talking about commitment when both him and his boyfriend don't even like each other seriously yet and are just trying each other out first, IK soo's making time for him and is being nice enough to him. Now he's trying to give time and mend things with his friend too.

You guys are being too harsh on Ik Soo(black hair), he had only one friend since he was a kid and this is his first gay or any relationship so it's understandable that he's having a hard time managing time with both of them.
Another important thing is that he's also not out to his friend so makes sense that he's hesitant to be around him rn. After being confronted he made an effort and now going to his home with medicine so he clearly cares.
