i don’t think he was gonna end it over jerk-yung, he said that time was ticking and there wasn’t much left of it because he knows his grandma is going to die soon. he knows that he doesn’t have much time left with her before she passes, and the puppy dying i think solidified that for him? or at least made things feel more real.
it’s painful for him having to stay alive and work his ass off knowing it’s all for naught and he’ll be alone in the end once she inevitably passes away.

On another note Heesung despite what bitch-yung said has be lovely. He has messed up thoughts every now and then but who doesn’t? What matters is that he treat Yoon-gu and Doc Dan well. I’m more in vested in their relationship because I really just dislike Bitchyung.
