Y'all assuming it isn't just another Hallucination it was 99% the group photo. While the hospital can't give out personal info, one of the nurses (or even the manager) could've been the one to post it and it happened to have the name of the hospital in it. And assuming social media works the same, they probably would've tagged heesung or something yknow, to get noticed. And with how desperate JK is, not surprised if he's scowering SM as well, including the tagged posts of everyone who knows Dan. Honestly, I'm probably making it more elaborate than it actually was though. Either way, presumably if it's not Dan's exhaustion getting the better of him, JK saw the photo somehow and either beat the location out of someone or figured it out. ╮(￣▽￣)╭
