They miss each other, talk about stuff, hang out together, fuck each other's brains out. Especially the last bit of the final chapter really touched my heart: It's them---enjoying their youth. This is a real life-saver in the abundance of half-assed, badly executed, off-putting stuff that creators these days are churning out in the name of BL.
