Was there ever a real Leo? I mean, she wasn’t an OG character, and FL was already her for a while before she was introduced to as through the duke? Is it possible she was born as her?

well base on leo's flashback, she got transmigrated before duke came to orphanage but i think she got transmigrated not long ago so there's a possibility that real leo exist but i'm not quite sure...

Probably, she mightve been an og character that was scrapped or killed off early in her childhood cuz I've seen other stories do that too where like storylines not originally mentioned become true when the person transmigrates lol
