Manhwa title?

I only remember one scene where the seme is soo damn whipped for the uke and buys a house/apartment for him based on his wants (smth like seeing the night lights or view from han river?) The alibi he made for it was that he wanted to give his “pet” a suitable place. The uke later changed his wishes and the seme buys another place.
