I'd love to say the same. It only caused me grief to be honest. But I personally think that it was their turning point. And I was just so glad Yano let it out. No matter how many time I reread this manga that particular scene is always a climax to me. I think now that it was quite necessary in all obvious reasons.
I'm sorry to say this, but I only liked the begging until he tells her on the beach that he would've liked that Nana was alive and back to him and the end the only last 2 pages. The drama wasn't necessary.
