Isekai manga recs!

I have been in a fix for isekai manga lately but the well has run dry as I cannot find anymore on lists or the last updates page. It can be shojou, shounen, gl, bl, whatever, as long as it's manga, I'm fine. Idc if there's a harem, too. I also dc what they isekai into, just any isekai manga you like! And if I've read it before I'll just reread it (≧∀≦)
