So basically, it really was Catherine’s fault, but she didn’t do it on purpose because she didn’t know. And after the engagement, ML’s attitude toward FL changed — he became a bit rough with her. From my point of view, when they were intimate, ML even grabbed FL’s neck so hard that it left bruises. ML also told FL to remember her past life, saying that she was the reason his mother died. But FL was confused and didn’t believe it. Even if it was true, how could she possibly remember?
In the end, FL did manage to remember everything because she sang a song composed by her father — I forgot the title. And when she remembered, she felt extremely guilty and confessed to ML that it was because of her. Honestly, I think their relationship is really toxic… it makes me want to cry.
