nope, he didn’t introduce someone as far as I remember. he only wears that ring so people especially his co-workers assume he’s in a relationship because he’s afraid of them finding out he is gay.

I saw they already explained it but! He just wears a ring to keep people from asking questions about his relationships. He doesn’t want to talk about anything involving ex wives/girlfriends and he wants to avoid being outed as gay!
He even forgets how he had names his "partner" HAHAHA

I can understand being frustrated with their miscommunication…. But at this point in the story, the MC is obviously having fun with it. He could clear it up if he wanted to, but personally I don’t think he needs to because
1. he’s not a cheater
2. he’s a grown man and it’s harmless right now
3. ML seems to be really enjoying himself and is also getting off on the fact that’s he’s the “other woman” hehe
I’m sure things will get cleared up when they’re both mutually lovey dovey with each other but for now…. I enjoy seeing them be stupid and fooling around. It’s consensual and sexy and refreshing. This is what real adults like me want to see!!!!!! I just think there’s a bit of implied context and nuance that seems to be going over some readers’ heads. Let them have their fun!!!!!!!!!
