I mean no neighbor complained yet so we can just assume they are for now
from the looks of it theyre living in the upper class if not middle, apartment, those building have a thicker walls as opposed to a very thin cheap apartment complex you often find in most manga
Imagine living next door... I wonder if the walls are soundproof lol
