there was this shoujo thay i read a long time ago where the main character had a crush on this guy and just would NOT take no for an answer, so she asked him out over and over again. and at the end she proposes to him by making him hold signs in pictures and eventually they spell out "will you marry me" ?? thats what i can remember at least. can anyone link ythr manga?
