Shes not wrong but shes speaking from a very privileged pov. Realistically blue hair will have to work much harder than fl to get where she wants to be so the just do it anyways comment is kinda irritating cause of the difference in effort it would take. Tbh i sympathize heavy with blue hair. But her saying it that way still worked because fl said it like blue hair is fully capable of being in her position which tbh she is, shes knowledgeable, social and many other good qualities but everyone in her life views her as a object instead of a person with interest and ambition. Fl basically just reminded her, " You are fully capable, you can do it and you want it so go for it."
