I do believe he's the og Go since MC said the confession was 7 years ago and the ML is said to be "18" atm SO! There is a possibility that he was in a coma for the last 7 years which is why he's still "18" and in school. more reasons to believe he's the og Go is cause of all the memories they share, the flower shop dream, the flower confession, and how he recognized the appearance of the shared home. The last name part is what's throwing me off cause MC knew him as Go Mukahi, new Go is Go Miyajima. Usually this is the case of a character misunderstanding how to read the characters of someones name, or parents divorced etc.
